SSO Mohd Hussien and CSO Jasni responded to a report of a big fight in the room. SSO Hussien was dispatched to investigate. Upon arrival, a dormitory resident was found in the room with a knife injury on his arm. SSO Hussien immediately walkie to CSO Jasni to update and activate the authorities. The assailant suddenly picked up the knife and tried to attack the victim again. SSO Hussien managed to stop him and asked bystanders to escort the victim out of the room to receive medical treatment while waiting for ambulance. SSO Hussien then managed to convince the assailant to calm down and surrender the weapon. After retrieving the knife from the assailant, he was detained in the room while waiting for the authorities to arrive.
Ng Wei Hua

SSO Ng Wei Hua has contributed over 4 years of service in AETOS and has continued to go beyond by excelling in his work – serving and protecting the premises that he was deployed at. On 11 March, SSO Ng demonstrated the principle of 4Ds (Deter, Detect, Deny, Defend) in the course of his duty at Security Command Centre. Whilst conducting CCTV monitoring, SSO Ng was vigilant enough to profile a suspicious individual who stashed something at the planter pot area near State Courts drop-off point, before entering the building. Upon seeing this, he quickly activated QRF to search the location, and they later found illegal drugs. SPF was then contacted, and the MOP was subsequently arrested.
SSO Ng is not only a team player but is someone who takes the initiative to guide new officers on patrol, or even step up as team leader on rotation. Well-liked and respected by his peers, supervisors and clients alike, SSO Ng is a role model to the rest.

24 December 2023 at around 6pm, a delivery rider was found unconscious at one of the lift lobby of Sims Urban Oasis. Officer swift responded to it, access the situation and performed first aid CPR on the delivery rider, any further delay may cost the life of this delivery rider, as he can be someone’s husband, father and grandfather. Upon arrival of the ambulance, the rider was conveyed to hospital. The delivery rider has recovered and came back to the estate on 30 December 2023 to thank the security officers personally.
SSO Mohan did crowd control ensuring nobody came into the cordoned area and guided the ambulance to the location when they arrived.

SS Jeffrey suspended half of the operation on site and perform CPR on the casualties while waiting for the ambulance to arrive.

Our esteemed Security Supervisor Asokan exemplary leadership during a recent medical emergency at Melville Park Condominium. On 2nd April 2024 at about 2030hrs, SO namely Chandra was on duty at main entrance. Whilst checking a vehicle, the SO had cardiac arrest and fell to ground. Security Supervisor Asokan responded with remarkable speed and performed CPR. In addition, AED had administrated few shocks on the SO. Subsequently, the SO was conveyed to Changi General Hospital. Security Supervisor Asokan quick thinking and decisive actions were instrumental in ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
Security Supervisor Asokan demonstrated outstanding leadership by effectively coordinating with emergency medical services, providing necessary first aid, and maintaining a calm and organized environment. Their ability to handle the situation under pressure is a testament to their training, dedication, and commitment to their role.
The swift and effective response from Security Supervisor Asokan undoubtedly played a crucial role in ensuring everyone’s safety at the Melville Park Condominium. The dedication and professionalism displayed by Security Supervisor Asokan during this incident are truly commendable. His outstanding leadership and unwavering commitments to safety reflected the highest standard of our organization and set a benchmark for others to follow.
