SSO Neo Yew Beng has displayed selfless initiative and exemplary vigilance by assisting to put out a fire at the Woodlands Checkpoint Staff Canteen. When alert was raised, he reacted quickly and together with SSO Tan, helped to avert a major fire at the checkpoint before the arrival of SCDF.

SS Panju A/P Nagappa has displayed exemplary vigilance whilst performing checks. During an incident, she detected two pieces of paraphernalia, used for the consumption of drugs and some white crystallized substances believed to be drugs (ICE). She displayed composure during the incident, and followed necessary procedures required to detain the subject safely.

Officer has displayed a high level of exemplary performance and alertness at CBP 7 on 26th May 2023, about 0759hrs by checking a catering setup and saw a fire. He calmy went to find an extinguisher and put out the fire before it caused major damage.

In May 2023, an unfortunate suicide incident took place within the condo estate where a resident tragically jumped from one of the building floors. The incident was handled with utmost discretion, ensuring minimal disturbance to residents and neighbours. Mr Koh displayed utmost professionalism as he assisted the authorities and maintained steadfast presence near the scene. He effectively managed the incident and provided support to both the authorities and affected residents.
In view of his exemplary services, Mr Koh was awarded the Silver Excellent Service Award (EXSA) this year. EXSA is a national award that recognises individuals who have delivered quality service. It seeks to develop service models for staff to emulate and to create service champions.

In April 2023, SSO Logesewari detected 2 separate cases of trespassing within the property, and another case of an unattended bag left within the premise. In both cases, the Supervisor on the ground and the MA managed the incidents, with the assistance SSO Logeswari. SSO Logeswari was commended by both management and the client for her quick response to these incidents.
